1. About the Service

CreatorClinic provides AI-powered video and script analysis for YouTube content creators. Our tools scan video metadata, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags to generate SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and content quality scores with actionable recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CreatorClinic. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Account Registration

To access paid features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at help@creatorclinic.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
• Scan credits are non-refundable once used.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us.
• Unused monthly scans do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service beyond normal use.
• Resell or redistribute scan results as your own product without our written permission.
• Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users or CreatorClinic staff.

6. AI-Generated Content

CreatorClinic uses AI models (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate analysis and recommendations. All AI output is provided for informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed to improve your channel's performance and should be reviewed by you before applying. CreatorClinic is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI recommendations.

7. YouTube Data

Our service accesses publicly available YouTube data through the YouTube Data API v3. We do not access your private YouTube account or any data that is not already publicly visible. By using our service you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on CreatorClinic is owned by or licensed to CreatorClinic. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent. The analysis results generated for your content remain yours — we do not claim ownership over them.

9. Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service — including your email (via Clerk for authentication) and scan history. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For questions about your data, contact help@creatorclinic.ai.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

CreatorClinic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results from using our analysis tools. YouTube's algorithm and ranking factors are outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorClinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
